Just letting people know I am alive. Really not a lot and far too much to say all at once. Life has been life though I am making some changes as to how I live it. I am about to leave the house for the first time all week so I will save most of my words for later.

I have been watching a lot of CSI through my netflix instant watch queue, and quite a few movies as well and the thing that sort of amazes me is how relevant each episode, and in fact each movie choice has been in the changes I have started making.

I have been isolating myself far too much from local people and "friends" I have been spending far too much time online and not actually taking time to do even small things I need to do. I have been putting myself last in a life I live alone and I canapos;t do that anymore.

My ride is here so I will go for now but I will finish this later...
